Mr. Shinwary has extensive experience in providing auditing and assurance, due diligence, accounting, compilation and review, and compliance audits for various organizations across different sectors in Afghanistan. His responsibilities include familiarity with regulatory frameworks, as well as the understanding and evaluation of clients’ accounting and internal control systems. He is actively involved in audit planning, supervision, and detailed reviews of internal controls and financial statements. Mr. Shinwary also has a strong background in finance, particularly in analyzing, developing, and implementing financial systems. His major clients, whom he has served for many years, include UNDP, UNICEF, USAID, the World Bank, various government ministries, and several commercial entities.
